1.  Clothing should be delivered clean, pressed and laid flat– never folded. Place all like categories together: girls, boys, teens, womens, and mens.  Whole category stacks may be folded in half once as a bundle. You will transfer your items into our baskets upon check in.  

2.  Clothing needs to look new or nearly new. Clothing showing signs of excessive washing (color fade, pilling, etc.) or excessive wear will not be accepted. Please check clothing for any underarm stains, ring around the collar, grease stains, and worn cuffs on sleeves or neck collar. Please check the seams of all garments and the crotch area of pants for flaws.  Ensure all buttons, snaps and zippers are functional and fastened.

3.  All original brand and size tags must be attached. Homemade and altered items will not be accepted in most cases.

4.  Clothing needs to be less than three years old and in current style. 

5. Shoes must be freshly washed or polished and have completely clean soles.

6. Purses must be clean and polished if needed. All liners need to be pulled inside out and lint rolled.  Fabric purses of any kind with stains will not be accepted. 

7. All other categories of  items MUST BE COMPLETELY CLEAN AND IN NEW OR LIKE NEW CONDITION, have all of their parts including batteries, light bulbs, chargers, etc if needed for operation.

8.  All items must be free of smoke, pet odors, pet hair and mustiness. 

After you have inspected your items we will do our best to find any missed flaws during processing, but occasionally something is overlooked. If a piece is found unacceptable to sell after the check-in process it will not be returned, but automatically donated.  So please, inspect high value items carefully!

We accept these items year-round: non-seasonal furniture and decor, athletic wear including tanks and shorts, tennis shoes & sneakers, cowboy boots, high value denim jeans, large baby equipment, electronics, appliances, tools, complete bedding sets labeled with correct size, 

Items we do not accept: formal wear of any kind, mens dress pants, suits for men or women, small housewares or decor items with a resale value of less than $5 (example: tealight holders, picture frames, single utensils, single cups or dishes, plain glassware, etc) single bedding pieces, mattresses only, car seats,  items brought in during the wrong assigned month as outlined above.

February: Spring Clothing and Accessories- ¾ & short sleeves, capris, light colored jackets, shoes, purses, dresses & skirts, sandals, luggage and travel accessories, Easter items  

March:  Spring Clothing and Accessories- ¾ & short sleeves, capris, light colored jackets, shoes, purses, dresses, sandals, luggage and travel accessories, baseball and softball items, outdoor furniture, lawn & garden items, outside toys & bikes, swimwear and cover-ups

April: Summer Clothing & Accessories- shorts, tanks, dresses, sandals, flip flops,  bright shoes & purses, swimwear and cover-ups, beach bags/towels,  baseball and softball items, outdoor furniture, lawn & garden items, outside toys & bikes, grills & camping equipment, all things patriotic or red, white & blue. 

May: Summer Clothing & Accessories- shorts, tanks, dresses, sandals, flip flops, bright shoes & purses, swimwear and cover-ups, beach bags/towels, grills & camping equipment, fishing equipment, all things patriotic or red, white & blue. 

June: Summer Clothing & Accessories- shorts, tanks, dresses, beach bags/towels, sandals, flip flops, bright shoes & purses, swimwear and cover-ups,  grills & camping equipment, fishing equipment

July: Autumn Clothing & Accessories- long sleeves, light sweaters, jeans, jackets & hoodies, vests, dark shoes and fashion boots,  all things “back to school” including backpacks, lunchboxes, water bottles, etc. 

August: Autumn Clothing & Accessories- long sleeves, light sweaters, jeans, jackets & hoodies, vests, dark shoes and fashion boots,  all things “back to school” including backpacks, lunchboxes, water bottles, etc. All things Halloween and Thanksgiving, including costumes and Fall decor. 

September: Winter Clothing & Accessories- jeans, coats, sweaters, hoodies, gloves/scarves, slippers/house shoes, dark shoes & fashion boots, snow boots and snow apparel, high value toys or complete sets, costumes, and Winter decor only, no Christmas.

October: Winter Clothing & Accessories-  jeans, coats, sweaters, hoodies, gloves/scarves, slippers/house shoes, high value toys or complete sets, any new in package items, and all things Christmas.
