ACCEPTANCE DAYS

Bids & Dibs accepts well-prepared consignments Monday through Friday until one hour before closing. To keep our intake process efficient and fair for all consignors, items must arrive clean, organized, and ready for the sales floor and photography.

If you are moving, managing an estate, or traveling more than an hour to consign with us, please contact the store in advance. Our team is happy to discuss special intake considerations and help make the process as smooth as possible.

Consignment Policy

Quick Prep Work = Big Rewards:

Bringing your items to consign should be as fun and effortless as shopping here! A little prep work goes a long way to ensure a smooth intake process.

Our consignment considerations are simple:

  1. Clean: Make sure everything is freshly laundered or wiped clean and smell free.
  2. Cute & Current: Items should be modern, stylish classics, trendy or highly desirable.
  3. Condition: Only items in new or excellent used condition will be considered. 
  4. Containers Only: Use a sturdy box, bin, or basket to bring in your items. No bags. 
  5. Categorized: Pack all hard goods in one container and all fabric items in another.
  6. Clothing Collections:
    Sort by category- Men’s Women's, Boys, Girls
    By type- short sleeve, long sleeve, jeans, shorts, dresses, etc; and
    Lay each type flat in your container or fold each stack in half one time only.
